Accept that appointments or orders may be limited or rejected at our discretion.

Appointments & Booking Policy

All services at The Polished Pearl are offered by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure your full service duration. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

Some bookings may require a valid card to hold your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged up to 50% -100% of the scheduled service total.

Frequent no-shows may result in restricted booking access.

Refunds & Service Adjustments

All services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact The Polished Pearl within 48 hours so we can make adjustments.

Retail products may only be exchanged if unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Polished Pearl, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any illegal purpose.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Make fraudulent purchases.

SANITATION & SAFETY

The Polished Pearl follows all South Carolina State Board of Cosmetology sanitation and disinfection guidelines.

Each client receives clean, disinfected tools and a sanitized workspace.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting contagious conditions or inappropriate behavior.

LIABILITY & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Clients understand that nail and beauty services involve normal cosmetic risks.

The Polished Pearl and its technicians are not responsible for allergic reactions, product sensitivities, lifting, or results related to pre-existing health conditions or improper aftercare.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Lost profits or data.

Service interruptions or appointment errors.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including inappropriate behavior, repeated cancellations, late arrivals, or non-compliance with salon policies.
